Steps To Make a Paper Plate Penguin Craft

Step 1 to make a penguin out of paper - paint the outside border of a paper plate black.
Let’s start by painting the plate.

Step 1

With the front side of the paper plate, paint around the outer edges in black, as well as a small triangle / black oval shape on the forehead to round off where the eyes go. Leave a white circle in the middle which is the penguin’s body and face.
