- Paper plate
- black paint (acrylic paint works best)
- two big googly eyes
- black construction paper
- orange construction paper
- paintbrush
- glue

Steps To Make a Paper Plate Penguin Craft
Step 1
With the front side of the paper plate, paint around the outer edges in black, as well as a small triangle / black oval shape on the forehead to round off where the eyes go. Leave a white circle in the middle which is the penguin’s body and face.
Step 2
Glue on the googly eyes.
Step 3
Print the penguin template and use it as a guide to cut out the beak, wings, and feet from the orange paper and the wings from the black construction paper.
Step 4
Glue on the penguin’s feet, beak, and wings on the paper plate in place.
Step 5
Your cute penguin craft is all done!
